PROTON BANK S.A. informs the investing public that, in accordance with resolution no. 395/27.6.2007 of the General Director of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the 383 shares were liquidated on 10 July 2007. The said shares were undisposed fractional residue from the share capital increase of PROTON BANK S.A., due to its merger through absorption of the companies Omega Bank S.A. and Proton Securities S.A., concluded on November 29th, 2006. The net result of the liquidation, after deduction of any expenses and tax, amounted to Euro 3,944.26 and shall be deposited by the Company to the Deposits and Loans Fund. In order to collect the corresponding amount, eligible shareholders are kindly requested to contact the Shareholder Service Department of Proton Bank (tel.: 210-6970000, 210-6970086, 20 Amaliados & Eslin str., Athens 115 23) as of Monday, July 30th , 2007 in order to receive a certificate indicating the amount to be collected. Such amount may be collected by the Deposits and Loans Fund upon presentation of the said certificate and of an official identification document. Eligible shareholders who reside outside Athens must designate in writing to the Company's Share Register Department the Public Fund from where they wish to collect the corresponding amount, so that such amount can be deposited by the Deposits and Loans Fund.
