Notos Com Holdings SA announces that, following its Board of Directors decision and that of Tramountana Holdings SA, both dated March 2nd, 2007, the proposed price for the acquisition of Notos Com Holdings SA shares will be 3.8 euro per share.
Said price will be proposed by the Boards to the General Meetings of Shareholders of both companies that will be called upon to approve the merger by acquisition of Notos Com Holdings SA by Tramountana Holdings SA, a procedure which is already under way under the stipulations of Article 79 of L.2190/1920 and L.2166/1993.
