We inform you that on May 13, 2007 an agreement was concluded between shareholders of ATTIKAT S.A. and TERNA S.A. regarding the transfer of a total of 17.475.047 shares of ATTIKAT S.A. to TERNA S.A. representing 21,4038 % of the share capital of ATTIKAT SA.
More specifically, the above mentioned shares are transferred as follows: 1.518.704 shares by the company SIRIOS S.A., 6.607.910 shares by the company PARNASSOS S.A., 5.228.363. shares by Mr. Konstantinos Tselos, 1.055.344 shares by Ms Maria Panoussi, 1.812.080 shares by Mr. Sotiris Panoussis και 1.252.646 shares by Ms Angeliki Panoussi.
The afore mentioned transaction will be concluded in the next few days at the price of 1,30 euros per share.
