The aforementioned Shareholder still possesses indirectly approximately 3.07% of the share capital and the corresponding voting rights. Thus, the Hellenic Republic possesses directly and indirectly 28.03% of shares, which corresponds to the same percentage on the total voting rights of OTE SA.
