GERMANOS SA, given its submission towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commision following the approval by the Extraordinary General Shareholders'' Meeting held on February 9th 2007, of an application for the delisting of its shares from the Securities Market of the Athens Exchange, and subsequent to its announcement (23/2/2007) regarding the submission of a request for the squeeze out by COSMOHOLDING, does not consider it necessary to announce corporate actions and to inform Analysts on the Annual Financial Results, which are stipulated by article 292 of the Athens Exchange''s Regulation regarding Large Cap Companies.
