The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), the C.E.O. of the company and a member of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) Mr Antonis Maniadakis bought 300 ordinary shares of a total net value of Euro 1,836 on July 12th 2007.
