On 10.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 2,175,935 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 2.97 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 69.7327 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.50 and 25.00 euros per share.
