Following the announcements to the ATHEX dated 14.11.06, 29.12.2006 and 7.1.2007 the Company IASO S.A. announces that at the hearing of the One-Member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) dated 28.2.2007, regarding the application of a shareholder who was requesting the replacement of all members of the Board of Directors, based on alleged conflict of interests regarding seven of its members and tolerance of the conflict by the rest. The hearing was postponed until April 18th, 2007 in order to be judged together with the main intervention made by the members of the Board of Directors of whom the replacement was requested by the court.
