INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following the 06/03/2007 Announcement on the purchase of own shares, notifies the investing public that the Company, while implementing the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of shareholders and during the time period from 09/03/2007 until 08/06/2007 inclusive, proceeded with the purchase of 810.815 own shares in total, with average purchase price Euro 4,06 per share.
Subsequently, the total of own shares that the Company holds on 08/06/2007 amounts to 1.625.836 shares (1,22% of the Company's share capital), 1.260.110 of which, that is 0,95% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 28/06/2006 AGM resolution and the remaining 365.726 own shares, that is 0,27% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 30/06/2005 AGM resolution.
