Pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in combination with the Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. under trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP, announces that the company «Redeca Wordwide Ltd», with registered office in British Virgin Islands (BVI),  disposed on June 25th, 2014  through stock lending, 32,419 shares of Folli Follie Group. It is clarified that the said company is a company controlled by Mr. George Koutsolioutsos, the CEO of Folli Follie Group, since he is the owner of the 100% of its share capital.
