EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to Article 10, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2 of the Decision No 3/347712.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - οn the 15th of May 2007, its subsidiary company EMPORIKI CREDICOM BANK S.A. purchased the minority shareholder s participation 49% (980.000 shares) - PAVLOS KONTELLIS S.A. (24,50%) and KARENTA S.A. (24,50%) - to the share capital of its also subsidiary company EMPORIKI CAR RENT AND LEASING COMMERCIAL S.A..
Consequently, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., owns directly the 51% of the share capital of EMPORIKI CAR RENT AND LEASING COMMERCIAL S.A. (1.020.000 shares) and also, owns at Group level the 100% of the company.
