Following this acquisition, Nireus S.A. and related parties hold a total of 12.210.147 shares, amounting to 33,344 % of the outstanding shares and votes of Marine Farms ASA''s capital stock, of which 10.942.147 shares and 29,88 % of the share capital are held directly by Nireus S.A.
