SFAKIANAKIS S.A. notifies the participation in the increase of the share capital of MIRKAT DOOEL SKOPJE of Euro 450.000, according to the decision of the Board of Directors on 24 April 2007. SFAKIANAKIS S.A. owns 100% of the share capital of MIRKAT DOOEL SKOPJE, which is distributor of Suzuki products in Skopje.
