Following an announcement on 19.12.2006, HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that its subsidiary company HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. has entered into an agreement with ATEBANK S.A. and has issued a corporate bond of Euro 60 million, with a term of five years, guaranteed by HDFS. The purpose of the loan is the refinancing of existing loan obligations of HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. in connection with the takeover of the company LINKS (LONDON) LTD.
