The Company announces that its Board of Directors decided to cancel the Special General Assmebly of 23.4.2007 which would approve the terms of subsumption of the sectors (i) construction of mechanical equipment, machines, and metal constructions, and (ii) construction of integrated works in the industry and energy sectors to the joint-stock company named ENERGY TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OF WESTERN GREECE S.A., because the date of presentation of the financial statements for the seceded sectors changed to 31.3.2007. The above transformation is expected to be approved by the Annual Regular General Assembly of the Company''s shareholders.
