Nireus S.A. has on the 23 April 2007 purchased 4.384.650 shares in Marine Farms ASA. After the above mentioned transaction, Nireus S.A. now hold a total interest of 10.942.147 shares in Marine Farms ASA, equal to 29.88% of the issued share capital of the company.
