In accordance with article 276, paragraph 10 of the A.S.E. Regulation and article 10, paragraph 1 of law 3340/2005, we announce that during the current period an Ordinary Tax Audit of the merged through absorption company FITCO S.A. was performed (Government Gazette 6611/4.7.2006) that was completed on May 2007. The audit concerned the Fiscal Years 2003-2005 as well as the period until the transformation Balance Sheet of 01/01 - 31/01/2006. From the audit additional taxes occurred of former fiscal years of Euro 165,830.18 with a further tax addition of Euro 99,383.54 i.e. amounting to a total of Euro 265,213.72. This total sum, due to its one-off payment, was reduced by Euro 4,708.75 and the total amount that the company paid amounted to Euro 260,505.00. HALCOR S.A. has already burdened its FY 2006 financial statements, through the process of provisions, with an amount of Euro 150,000. Thus the results of the current fiscal year will be burdened by an amount of Euro 110,505.00.
