In continuation to today''s announcement relating to the acquisition of 51% of the shares of KEGO S.A., we wish to mention the following:
1. The participation percentages of the buyers of the above shares before and after the shares transfer are as follows:
- Apostolos Kephalas: before the sale: 28,774%, after the sale: 6,343%.
- Rodolfos Gogorosis: before the sale: 23,513%, after the sale: 5,767%.
- Christos Gogorosis: before the sale: 13,578%, after the sale: 2,753%.
2. The NORTH PRINCIPAL INVESTMENT FUND LTD, is an open-ended investment company, registered according to the Mutual Funds Law (2003 Revision) of Cayman Islands.
