-          Date of announcing the Annual Financial Results of 2011: Monday March 26, 2012 (after the end of trading session of Athens Stock Exchange).

-          Date of publishing the Annual Financial Results of 2011: Tuesday March 27, 2012.

-          Date of Annual Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly: Friday June 22, 2012.

-          No dividend will be distributed for the year 2011.
