The company announces the approval, according to decision nr. 8680/22.6.2007 of the Court of First Instance of Athens Prefecture - Southern Sector, of the secession of the Company sectors: (i) construction of mechanical equipment, machines, and metal constructions, and (ii) construction of integrated projects in the industry and energy sectors and their inclusion to the joint-stock company «ENERGY TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OF WESTERN GREECE S.A.», according to the provisions of laws 2190/1920 and 2166/1993 and the assets of those sectors, as they are reflected in the transformation financial statements of 31.3.2007. Based on the same decision, the relevant General Assembly decisions of the two companies on 30.5.2007 were also recorded in the Joint-Stock Company Registry of the local authorities.
Furthermore, the company announces that the relevant notification which was drawn up according to article 287 of the Regulation and the provisions of decision nr. 33/24.11.2005 was sent to the Athens Stock Market's BOD and will be available at the websites of the Company and the Athens Stock Market.
