ΑSPIS BANK ATE, following its announcement dated 29.06.2007, clarifies that the tax audit for it's consolidated subsidiary company, ASPIS INTERNATIONAL MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A, took place at 28.06.2007 and the payable taxes found by such audit shall be booked in the results of the first semester of 2007 of the company.
