Following the completion of the share capital increase of the Company, which was resolved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 29.3.2007, the Company's share capital amounts to 448,196,303.70 euros, divided into 829,993,155 registered shares of a par value of 0.54 euros each. The new shares that derived from the increase were credited to the respective securities accounts of the Shareholders at the Incorporeal Securities System and were listed for negotiation at the Stock Exchange on 16.7.2007. Each share of the Company confers the right to one (1) vote.
