It is hereby announced that the company AXON HOLDING S.A. informed our company IASO S.A., on July 20th 2007, that it indirectly controls, since July 13th 2007, 10,047% of IASO S.A. voting rights, via its subsidiary EUROMEDICA S.A., (which also informed us on July 13th 2007 that on the aforementioned date (13.07.2007) its voting rights to our company had changed from 9,911% to 10,047%. IASO S.A. has already informed the investment community about the aforesaid change since the first announcement of Euromedica S.A., on 13.07.2007, while the relevant announcement has already been posted in our company's site (www.iaso.gr)).
