On 17.7.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 12,327,000 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 16.86% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 50.86%. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 23.98 and 25.00 euros per share.
