Info-Quest S.A. announces that its subsidiary Quest Energy S.A. on July 10th, 2007, acquired from the company ESTIA CONSULTANTS AND ENGINEERS S.A. and Mr. Nikolaos Katsanevakis 90% of the shares of the company ALPENER SA, which has been granted by the Energy Regulation Authority two energy production licenses by the use of wind power generators in Prosotsani Dramas and Anv Vrontou Serrvn, respectively 5,95 MW each, totalling 11,9 MW. The total cost of the acquisition is euro 1.606.500, out of which euro 800.000 has already been paid and the remaining amount of euro 806.500 will be paid following the issue of the installation licenses.
