Athens, November29,2013 –The company“HellenicTelecommunicationsOrganizationSA” (OTESA), announcesthat the five-year deadline for the collection of the fiscal year 2007 dividend,expires on 31/12/2013. After this expiry date, thedividends which have not been collected by the beneficiaries will be collected by the Greek State. 

Beneficiaries of the aforementioned dividend, -which corresponds to €0.75 per share- are the holders of Company's shares onJune 30, 2008, at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading day.

Shareholders that have not yet collected the dividend for fiscal year 2007may visitany branch of Piraeus Bank, withtheir Identity Card or Passport to collect it. The dividend may also be collected by proxy.
