It is announced that the company HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. proceeded in the conduction and release of the Information Memorandum according to the regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, concerning the significant change in the utilization of the IPO proceeds (February 2001) of the company PETROLA S.A. which was absorbed by HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. in 2003.
The Information Memorandum, will be at the disposal of the investors starting Wednesday, 25th of April 2007 at the headquarters of the company HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A., 17th km of National Road Athens - Corinth, Aspropirgos 19300.
