NEL LINES would like to announce that the First Repeated General Assembly and Extraordinary General Assembly which was scheduled to be held on 09/07/2007 did not take place due to required quorum insufficiency.
Following the Company Board of Director's resolutions the Second Repeated Ordinary General Assembly and the First Repeated Extraordinary General Assembly will be held on 25/07/2007.
