ΑSPIS BANK ATE announces, pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation of Athens Exchange and Law 3340/2005, that the tax audit for it's consolidated subsidiary company ASPIS INTERNATIONAL MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A, which derived from the merger of ABN AMRO MUTUAL FUND COMPANY S.A. and ASPIS MUTUAL FUND COMPANY S.A., has been completed as follows: ABN AMRO MUTUAL FUND COMPANY S.A. (financial years 2000-2004), ASPIS MUTUAL FUND COMPANY S.A. (financial years 2002-2004) and ASPIS INTERNATIONAL MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A. (financial year 2005).
Payable taxes found by such audit amount to 450,567.66 euro and shall be booked in the results of the current financial year of the company. The company already paid 90,113.33 euro and the rest of the amount will be paid in 18 monthly doses.
