On 8.8.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 563,399 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 0.77 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 66.69 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.72 and 24.82 euros per share.
