EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces - according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, as well as to article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05, issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - that the establishment of the company with the trade name CARREFOUR MARINOPOULOS CREDIT COMPANY S.A., was approved, in which its subsidiary company EMPORIKI CREDICOM BANK S.A. will participate with the percentαge of 40%.
