The company Technical Olympic S.A. announces that the retraction deadline for the investment public from its share capital increase participation expired without any retraction right being exercised according to par. 3 of article 16 of Law 3401/2005.
As a result a full coverage of the share capital increase with payment in cash occurred with the exercise of the pre-emptive right of the old Shareholders.
