Plaisio Computers S.A. announces, based on article 6 of the decision 1/380/4.5.2006 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on the 25th of June 2007 and according to article 99Α of the Stock Exchange Regulation, the sale of 17.324 paper-based common shares in total, that had not been dematerialized, was completed. The net outcome of the sale (after deducting expenses and taxes) is 128.851,16 Euro, and it will be deposited at the disposal of the beneficiaries, in the Deposits and Loans Fund within seven (7) days from the date of the completion of the sale.
