The new Board of Directors of the Company was formed into a body on Monday, July 23rd 2007 and unanimously elected Mr Stylianos Sarris, as Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Koulentakis, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr Antonis Maniadakis as Chief Executive Officer. The composition of the new Board of Directors is as follows:

After the completion of the meeting of the Board of Directors Mr. George-Prokopios Karistinos resigned from its position. As a result a new meeting of the BoD took place at 19:00 in the same day. In accordance with the article 22 of the articles of association the position of Mr George-Prokopios Karistinos was filled by Mr George G. Drys who was elected first substitute member in the ordinary general meeting that took place on July 22nd, 2007.
