The Company IASO S.A announces that shareholders representing 3,689,565 voting shares that is a percentage of approximately 8.40% of the capital stock of the company; filed on March 13th 2007 before the One-member First Instance Court of Athens an application of interim measures asking for the suspension of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the Company which was convoked for March 14th, 2007, on the grounds that it was allegedly, not legally convoked. The same application included a claim for the issuance of a Provisional Order, to prohibit the aforementioned Extraordinary General Assembly to take place until the hearing of the above application. The hearing of the above claim for the issuance of a Provisional Order was heard on the same day, i.e. on March 13th 2007, and the First Instance Court of Athens rejected their claim.
