The Board of Directors of OPAP S.A., during its 9.7.07 Meeting, after taking into consideration the Opinion of its Legal Department concerning the cancellation or not of the results of the Public International Tender "Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of IT Equipment, Terminals and Related Services", following the resignation of two more members of the Processing and Evaluation Committee on 5.7.07, has decided the cancellation of the Tender's results.
The cancellation of the Tender does not affect the unhindered operation of the Company, while the decisions of its Board -based on the existing planning- will be announced in due time.
