Following the announcement dated July 4th 2007, IASO SA would like to inform the public that on July 5th 2007 expired the period for the payment of the capital increase of IASO of Southern Suburbs S.A., in which IASO SA participated with the amount of 3.260.000 euros receiving in total 652.000 new common shares. With the completion of the capital increase of IASO of Southern Suburbs S.A, IASO S.A. participation in its share capital amounts to 663.880 common shares corresponding to 32,996%. It is also noticed that MEDSTEM SERVICES S.A., a subsidiary of IASO S.A. participated as well in the capital increase of IASO of Southern Suburbs S.A. with the amount of 2.000.000 euros receiving in total 400.000 new common shares, and that IASO GENERAL S.A. which already participates in IASO of Southern Suburbs S.A. share capital with 120 common shares has not exercised its preemption rights. As a result thereof the total participation of IASO group in IASO of Southern Suburbs S.A., following the capital increase amounts to 1.064.000 common shares corresponding to 52,883% of its new share capital.
