On 23.7.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 2,259,146 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 3.082 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 60.94 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.92 and 25.00 euros per share.
