On 14.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 3,570,000 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 4.87 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 74.635 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 24.9922 euros per share.
