The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses that after a relevant disclosure that received from the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A. as of June, 28 2007, on the 25th of June 2007 the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A., proceeded with the purchase of shares of the company ALAPIS S.A., and as a result its total percentage of participation on total voting rights of the above company changed from 4.32% to 5.67%.
It is further noted that the company SANTANDER INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A. holds the voting rights and the shares of the company ALAPIS S.A. on behalf of its clients of which none holds more that 5% of the company's share capital.
