The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. informs the investment public that on July 4, 2007, the final agreement between the Company and the PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA for the purchase of Rafinerija nafte Beograd was signed. As a result NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., holds 70% of the share capital of Rafinerija nafte Beograd.
NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. has already been chosen as the top bidder concerning a) the purchase price that amounts to Euro 16.38 mil. and b) the total investment plan which amounts to Euro 15 mil.
