The company ALAPIS S.A. discloses that after a relevant disclosure that received from the company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. as of June, 27 2007, on the 25th of June 2007 the company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V., proceeded with the purchase of shares of the company ALAPIS S.A., and as a result its total percentage of participation on total voting rights of the above company changed from 4.71% to 6.25%.
It is further noted that the company FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. holds the voting rights and the shares of the company ALAPIS S.A. on behalf of its clients and mainly for the company FORTIS OBAM N.V. which holds 10,183,975 shares of a total 10.213.975 shares.
