According to decision Nr.3/347/12.07.05 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Commission Geniki Bank announce that Mr.Jacques Tournebize announced his retirement to the BOD from the position of Managing Director on May 30th 2007. Mr Patrick Couste, who is currently Deputy Managing Director, will be nominated as the new Managing Director by the BOD, at a meeting which will take place on May 30th.
In addition Mr. Jacques Baillon Head of the Administration and Finance Unit was elected as Non-Executive member of the BOD replacing Mr. Patrick Debaene who has moved to Paris.
