The shareholders of ATTICA TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A., i.e. ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI SA, J&P-AVAX SA, PANTECHNIKI SA and ATTI-KAT SA, announce that on 23.4.2007 the agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares of Attica Telecommunication to Hellas On Line, finalized, after the official sign of the relevant contract, for a total consideration of Euro 46.3 mil.
