Mr Matthew Troulis submitted today 28/6/2007 a letter of resignation for personal reasons from the position of the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director in the Company as well as from any other executive position in the companies of the Rokas Group. The Board of Directors expresses its recognition and gratitude for the services that Mr Troulis rendered to the Company in the last years.
In today's meeting, the Board of Directors elected Ms Regina Reyes Gallur as a new Board member in the place of the resigned Director, Mr. Mathew Troulis and Mr. Rafael de Icaza de La Sota in the place of the resigned Director, Mr. George Rokas.
The new Board of Directors is incorporated as follows:
