UNILEVER-HELLAS A.E.B.E. with relative notifications addressed to Capital Market Committee (CMC) and our company, announced today that the companies Morgan Stanley and Co International PLC and TRAFALGAR CATALYST FUND in agreement with Unilever Hellas A.E.B.E. transferred to the second, through the Athens Stock exchange, the shares of ELAIS-Unilever S.A. they had in their possession against a price of 25,00 Euro per share.
The transfer regards to 1.419.311 shares for the company Morgan Stanley and Co International PLC of a transactional value of approximately 35,5 mio Euro and 193.954 shares for TRAFALGAR CATALYST FUND for which the respective value is approximately 4,8 mio Euro.
The percentage of ELAIS-Unilever S.A. shares owned by Unilever Hellas A.E.B.E. after the above transfers and the others transfers for the period until today amounts to 97,28%.
It is noted that the company Unilever N.V. controls the Dutch company Lipoma B.V. with the registered offices in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, owning 100% of the voting rights of the latter, which subsequently controls the company UNILEVER HELLAS A.E.B.E. owning 99% of the voting rights of the latter.
The above change in the shareholding position of Unilever Hellas A.E.B.E. in ELAIS-Unilever S.A., is not expected to have a material impact on the operations of the Group in Greece.
