Further to a question posed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and our Bank's announcements dated 9.10.2013 regarding developments in the transfer of a stake in subsidiary NBG Pangaea REIC to a prospective foreign investor, NBG informs investors that, to date, the transaction for the sale and transfer of the company's shareholding is still ongoing, and the process of obtaining final approvals from the competent authorities has yet to be completed.

NBG will promptly inform investors when the relevant agreement is signed, in accordance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework.
