 ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of Eurobank Ergasias S.A. was convened today March 13, 2014, and, following consultation with the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, the Bank's major shareholder, decided to postpone its decision on convening the General Meeting on the share capital increase.
