In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007  and with the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 SEC, the Company announced that: the shareholder Evangelos Chaidas, President & CEO of the Company, (art. Obligated Person 13 of Law 3340/2005) held on 04.01.2014 to purchase 3,000 shares of the Company at a total cost of EUR 5,162.82.
