General Bank of Greece S.A. informs the investors that, in accordance with the relevant resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on the 28th of June 2013, has completed the transfer of shares of the 100% subsidiary company "GENIKI LEASING S.A." to the company" PIRAEUS LEASING S.A.". This development led to the non implementation of those announced on July 26th, 2012.
